For those who were there and remember:
Oshkosh '95; weekend warbird show; the final multi-layered formation pass of 150+ warbirds...the little voice in your head telling you this won't happen again in your lifetime..
(Any posters in that formation?)
For me personally:
Milwaukee 1991; Since I was the only other person on the ramp, FIFI's flight engineer sat me in the pilot's seat to hold the toe brakes ("just to make sure she doesn't jump out of the chocks") while he ran up the engines following some needed TLC. Those four 3350's rumbling up through the seat of my pants did some serious overstimulation to my central nervous system...still not quite sure how I kept my shorts dry.
Next guy's/gal's turn to blather!
