P-40 at Pioneer Aero, NZ

Congrats to everyone on the La-9. I have a couple of questions on the P-40 front. Open to all who have answers, or anything resembling... sorry, lol....
1) Has Jerry Yagen's P-40 flown?
2) On the website, there is mention of another P-40 that
is from California.... owner wants to be ....quiet,
shall we say.. any ideas on Sn and owner???? I have a
thought, but not sure.....
