Looks like an FT17 with the later Girod/Berliet circular cast turret.
There is another one in Afghanistan as a gate guardian which reputedly was captured from the British in the Anglo-Afghanistan War of 1919 (yes... I'd forgotten that one as well!) so the two additional FT17s may actually be ex Brit anyway. Type in Afghanistan FT17 on Google and you'll see some curious reference to a suspected British attempt to take it back.
The rumour (from a Brazilian internet site)still abounds that one of these was used during the Russian invasion of Afghanistan.............
