Do what I have just done!

Go to 'forgotten your password page'
Type in email address


They will then send you a

"Your login details for Key Publishing Ltd Forums" email
with your login id

You go to the page in the email..

you can then request a new password
they send you

"Your new password for Key Publishing Ltd Forums" email

logon with this!

you can then edit your profile and set your new password to your old password!
