Not that long ago, there was a post on the Warbird Aero Press.com forum with recent shots of Wildfire. They showed R-2800 installation photos and yes work is apparently taking place on her. I can't remember who her owner is at the moment but I want to say she is in a hanger at either Mojave or Van Nuys.
