For anyone interested the BBMF Spitfire Vb which has been at Duxford since last September for maintenance and respray into its new desert camouflage scheme coded IR-G, was air tested at Duxford this afternoon. It is thought to have then departed around 5pm back to its base at Conningsby, Lincs.
