For a pair of good books that include shots of Bolivian Meat Haulers, I'd recommend the late, great Steve Piercey's Skytruck and the posthumous Skytruck 2 - superb pics of C-46s, DC-s, B-17s, Convairs, Martinliners in rarified Andean poses... plus plenty of atmospheric shots of other geriatric propliners around the world... ahhhh!
