Thanks Tom, Cees, Paul and Bruce for identifying the Thermostat correctly and offering comments. I must have got my dates mixed up somewhere I will check and use the correct date given in Spitfire International.
The actual photographs files i got were larger but had lost detail due to heavy compression. I had to reduce them to the current sizes to give some presentability.
