Hi All,

In the latest wonderful edition of 'Classic Wings' (Vol 8. No.3) there is an article called 'Stormbirds Brewing' its about the new build Me262's that 'Classic Fighter Industries' are producing, it stated that ground running trials would have started by the time these words are read, does anyone know if this has taken place??

Its a excellent fun packed edition, to wet you taste buds there is also an article about 'Flying the Sopwith Pup' by Gene De Marco who flies the Rhinebeck Aerodrome Museum's pup, I am not going to spoil it for you by gabbing on about it here but its one of the best articles written on the type I have come across in a fair old while.

And to finish with, for those of us with an interest in high back Mustangs there is another article on this type, at the very end there is mention of Jerry Beck & Bob Odegaard's activities on making new structures for high back aircraft, again it is only a passing mention which was a let down as their work has been of great interest to me for a while now.

Ok, if you have not a copy of the latest 'Classic Warbirds' then go get one, its worth the money, espcially now that Warbirds Worldwide is no longer with us.

Will
