There is no new construction as of yet. All of the "construction entrance only" road signs near the entrance are in place, but the actual even has yet to begin. Mr. Weeks is waiting for a solid positive showing from the stock market before he puts his funds out on the line. A little upswing in the market could make the difference between a "free" hangar, and paying a couple million out of his own pocket. Makes sense to me! Once he makes the decision, I'm sure the process will be completed in short order. The completion of the Fantasy of Flight "vision" is on my list of the top five "things to experience in my lifetime". I can hardly wait to see it all come to fruition :)
