P51D, HO-N, 44-13321, "Sexshunate".
Hit by flak at Ganacker A/F and crashed near Ingolstadt, 16th April 1945. KIA.
Fourth from last mission of the war.

If it hit the ground at high speed, then it will be mostly buried , but in 10,000 pieces.
If it hit the ground "gently", then it would have been removed soon after, leaving very little trace.
On the other hand....it might have got chucked in a lake........
