The last batch to be made was for Trent, I think Dick Melton still had some spars but these may have move over the pond to Harry Stenger's place. The Trent batch ended up not being heat treated (somebody forgot?), consequently all spits with these spars in either had to have them removed and heat treated or have a limitation to the amount of 'G' allowed to be placed on them whilt being flown. PL344 had them removed and heat treated but as for the others I don't know. HFL may have a stock of the ex-Trent examples but again I'm not sure, the spars maybe OK in the a/c they are restoring as I think the ex-TFC Mk XVI at Wanaka still has it's original spars, it just depends what is found when they're X-rayed.

That's all folks!
