I don't mean to seem so secretive, but I know that there are some personal issues outside of flying that might keep him "below radar". Based on what I was told, the work that had been done in the UK and France was fairly extensive and most likely won't need to be redone. The new owner was excited about how complete the project was/is. My last contact with him was mid-summer last year, so things may have changed since then.
