Fuselage is mostly done and painted, as are the tail feathers. Her wings are structurally complete, but need finishing. The cowlings are going to stay as polished metal, and the Kestrel is currently out of the airframe being overhauled.
As for the glider, I knew she'd flown, but that was still an amazing sight. And having seen the glider after the flights, I could see no obvious dinks as a result of the rather heavy landings - structurally the boys got it right as well.
