I would have to go with my father, he flies his Harvard every year and he'll always be my main Warbird pilot 'hero'. I know it sounds corny but that's the way it is. He also had a Fennec before, he gave my first roll in it! :o)
He and I also fly a Pilatus P-3 and a Focke-Wulf FwP.149D, and he gets to drive my uncle's T-34A around too. I'm walking in his steps, trying to be as good a pilot as he is.
