Duxford and Shuttleworth are without doubt the best outside USA, but the Fighter Collection and Legends are way out in front of most. As for best Pilot I would put HOOF PROUDFOOT top of the pile Don't forget he was also a Chief weapons and combat instructor with the RAF and also taught US Marines how to fly the Harrier, Great pilot and even better after dinner speaker.
