I?d have a look at the Swedish Air Force Museum and other locations to see what?s hidden away from public view.
As someone said, 10M$ may not go all the way so, in order until funds dry out:

1) FFVS J22
2) SAAB J21
3) SAAB B18
4) SAAB J21R

They would all be the only one of the respective type in flying condition and if any funds still available:

5) Spitfire P.R. Mk.19 (in Swedish Air Force markings!!!!!!)
