She's still disassembled in storage with the National Air & Space Museum AFAIK. Still the victim of debates over revisionist, politically correct "history", and the indecision over whether it is suitable to display the one aircraft that effectively ended WWII :(

I certainly don't see the logic in it at all. Nothing is more disconcerting to me that seeing "Soccer Moms" and Liberal activists dictating how our national history should best be understood. Last I heard they wanted to display the fuselage with a placard describing the horrible reality of nuclear atrocities. I think its possible to make the world aware of the horrible nature of the A-bomb without having to obscure the substantial history of the plane itself for propaganda purposes. I think the NASM is leary about gravitating either way in this matter, so the Enola Gay will apparently reside in the dusty back corner of the museum until the future brings a little more balance to our historical views.
