The Ju 88 in the RAFM might be analogous to the MiG-15. I think it might be the one that was delivered to UK (into Aberdeen) by a defecting crew, although a forced landed one might well have been repaired and evaluated previously. The defector was delivered in 1942 or 1943 and was most valued for the airborne interception radar that was fitted. There's still some mystery about the defection - I think some files on it in the PRO have still not been released. It seems that it could have been a pre-arranged deal!
