Hi,
I'm not in warbirds as a business, purely as a hobby: I am a student. I have been into WW2 era aircraft since a young age in particular the Lancaster, an aircraft that still holds my attention today.
My goal is the recovery and restoration of Lancaster NF920 "Easy Elsie". I don't care how long it takes me or how many people tell me "NO". I'll just keep hounding them until they say "YES" to get me to go away. Other aircraft or parts may get recovered before, or after as parts sources. Who knows what the future holds..
I hate the way the prices of warbirds and their parts are so high, but I accept this as a trade off against their popularity, scarcity and the fact that people with the same mentality as us on the WIX cherish them.
Best Regards
Richard
