Steve - the undercarriage problem was caused on TF956 by an undercarriage uplock malfunction. I recently spoke to a Sea Fury pilot and apparantly it was quite common when they were in service. The is a way of clearing it by inverting the aircraft and reselecting the switch whilst it isn't under the load of the undercarriage leg.
