There was a reference (and photos) to a three seat Hurricane in a UK aviation mag last year.
From memory: (fading fast....)
I think it was an Indian Airforce local mod. and the two passengers sat either side of the cockpit, though it was a taxi trainer only and never flew. There where wing fences to destroy lift as a safety feature as well if I recall.
