Hi Cees,
Not too sure of my facts here but I think that most if not all such dumps would have closed, following some "Jobs-worth" (sorry that should read EU) regulations put in place during the '90s and which concerned either Enviromental or Health and Safety issues.
Still you never know, something may have escaped and is now waiting to be rediscovered.
