Have you tried contacting Hawker restorations in the UK?? They are the worlds leading specialists in Hurricane rebuilds.
Failing this, you can always email flypast regarding the fellow and they will get in touch with him and give him your email. It worked for me as I was able to get in touch with a fellow who has the same first aid kit that i do.
