Tony,

About 18 months ago a gentleman called Martin Cobb was selling a large collection of Hurricane parts, I seem to remember they were in a container and there were parts from 2 or 3 Hurricanes. I believe he was involved in some stage with selling the Beaufighter which arrived in Scotland. He wanted somewhere in the region of ?10000 for the Hurricane parts. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
