NAFTA and aircraft recoverys in North America

Posted by Rob Rohr on Tue Dec 24, 2002 09:00:44 AM

Hi All,

As we all know the certain Canadian Prov. Goverments wo'nt allow aircraft to be recoved because they claim historical resaon. Well hears the latest I heard from some people in Washington who are working on this.

According to my source the US gov. is looking into the possialbity that the Can. gov. has broken part of NAFTA by not allowing US groups to come in and do aircraft recoverys while the US has let Canadians come in do recoverys in the States.

I know this sound like a big mess but leave up to the US gov. to stick its head in were its not need.

All I can now see is aircraft both on both sides of the border not being recovered.

Can you say law suit.

Cheers Rob
