Yes you can dive on them - but divers are strictly prohibted from taking anything. Truk is a wreck divers dive mecca - I haven't been yet, but I hope to one day - most ofg the wrecks are quite deep, around 40-70m but under the excellent diving conditions there those depths aren't as risky as they are in Europe. A friend of mine went a year back and found one of the cargo ships still with it's load of nates and zero's on board - all in amazing condition!
