I doubt either would have allowed Germany to win the war. The long range bomber would have been a negligible improvement on the Western front versus types already used. It probably would have been effective on the eastern front in hampering Soviet production.

The Me 262 would have had a bigger impact but not necessarily a decisive one. However, I think it could have produced heavier bomber losses, especially to daytime raids.

The result of either of these aircraft would have been a prolonging of the war but Germany still would have lost in the end. However, a prolonging of the war might have allowed a negotiated peace and not utter destruction of Germany.
