I'm not sure that either option would have had an a great effect on the outcome, once Hitler had stopped at the Channel.
Goering, although an excellent pilot was not an effective leader and I believe had no overall concept of strategic combat, preferring to rely on tactical operations (have I got that the right way round?), hence no heavy bombers and a reliance on short range fighter-bombers
This reliance on Strategic operations would also have effected the '262, which Hitler demanded was a Fighter-Bomber.
I also believe that Hilter ruled with the "divide and conquer " method, allowing different Departments to overall each other, so that no real decisions could be made hence effecting the production war material.
Now, if Hitler had invaded England immediately after Dunkirk, taking the possible high losses and then had taken Moscow, rather than concentrating on the oil fields, life today could have been very different
This I believe, were his only option to win WW2, ultimately keeping America neutral and would have (probably) then made heavy bombers redundant and also allow the '262 to be eased into production.
Just my opinion.
