For photocopies of USAAF aircraft record cards you need only contact the Air Force Historical Research Agency based at Maxwell Air Force Base. I requested copies for the cards for my PT-19 and received a response in 3-4 weeks. The AFHRA website has an official form for e-mailing requests.
