T-28 in England!

Dear sirs,
I am aware of Martin Willing?s T-28/Fennec N14113 but seem to remember a photo in Flypast a few years ago of another T-28 in french colors (silver with red stripe) which was to fly in England, but haven?t seen any other mention of it. Does anyone out there have an answer? Interestingly neither of the T-28s were mentioned in Flypasts listings this summer either!
Another T-28 was supposed to be flying out of either Abu Dhabi or Dubai a few years ago, is it still there?
