Yes, there's a cooperation going on between them. Bod? is sending their fuselage to Hungary for restoration by the same company as Berlin has used. So if two Ju 88 makes a production line - then we have one going! ;-)
Don't know if there are 40 potentially rebuildable airframes, I think it was more like 40 listed wrecks.
