Harm-Jan,

I don't know if it is a complete or substantial airframe, but that could be the case of course. I do know that he is collecting all sorts of parts and is selling other parts at aerojumbles. I also spoke a friend of mine recently who was working on the seat adjustment rails for this project so something interesting is taking place. But as I said as soon as I get the chance to see it myself I will let you all know.
