Watch identification

Hi all,
I recent became the owner of a watch which has the following markings on the backplate....
R.C.A.F.
REF.No. 6B/150
W-4332/42
It also has RCAF on the face and I assume that it was issued to a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force, but can anyboby identify the other markings.
