The only way to solve this mystery is to find the person who did the actual conversion on the airframe itself or the person who altered the negative of the photograph.

Nevertheless a very interesting topic to enjoy don't you think? Perhaps we could suggest the restoration team at Trenton to fit the inboard engines only to NA337.........on second thought not.
