Subject: Time Team TV Documentary
Dear All. Here's a possible opportunity for a bit of fun. If anyone can
help the Time Team crew, may I suggest that they contact Sian Price direct
- but keep us in touch with anything which emerges. And, if anything does
come of it - try to give a plug for Air-Britain.
Regards
Malcolm P Fillmore
Dear Malcolm Fillmore,
I was interested to read through your website.
I work as an assistant producer on Time Team documentaries and we are
looking for documentary 'specials' ideas to film over Spring and Summer
next year - in the past we have looked at wreck sites, emergency
archaeology, historical quests etc. These are separate to the main Time
Team series - we would prefer to film projects in which we can become
involved, or can 'eavesdrop' rather than leading it from the start, or can
simply tell a fascinating history.
I am interested to know about any aviation archaeolgy projects, recovery of
historic planes, or simply any historical questions/quests/conundrums
regarding historic planes and flight which could be interesting to a UK
audience?
Possibly a long shot, but if you have any ideas maybe you could get in
touch?
Yours sincerely
Sian Price
