Museums and bookshops in Copenhagen

I'll visit Copenhagen quite soon and wonder if anyone can suggest any bookshops wich are good on aviation as well as if there are any museums in Copenhagen with aircraft. I know of the new museum in Helsing?r, but I can't make it there. I've got Bob Ogdens old book which says that there supposed to be some aircraft on view at Tojhusmuseet. Are they still there?
