I can see your point. But I think that those who died should be remembered. Directly or indirectly they made the Warbird movement. I think we can all agree that flying warbirds is dangerous and in fact General Aviation is dangerous. I don't think that listing the 150+ individuals who have died supporting our beloved Warbirds would affect the general population negatively. I know people who think airshows are dangerous yet whenever I go there are still 50,000+ people.
Remembering and honoring those who have past is a good and right thing to do. We shouldn't forget these folks.
However, I will listen to opinions and will put the continued exsistance of the memorial page up to the WIXers since I respect your opinions more than any other. Send me an e-mail and if you are for the memorial page put "Memorial Yes" in the subject, if you are against it then put "Memorial No" in the subject. Feel free to explain your answer or not in the body of the e-mail, but you don't have too. At the end of next week (Nov. 23) I will tally the votes and post the results here.
