As far as I know the report hasn?t been published yet.

According to the information I have, which is as recent as this summer, spanish and british authorities are investigating the accident together. They are investigating the accident very thoroughly and have been assisted by, among others, a swedish university.

I have further information but it?s not my place to convey it on a public forum since it?s unofficial.
We can always hope that someone from the OFMC sees this thread since You probably aren?t the only one wondering.
