I'm trying to organise sponsorship for the project, I have a couple of TV companies who are interested in doing a documentary on the recovery. About now is the time each year when I gather everything together and work out the plan of attack for the coming months.

The reason it has disappeared from the boards for a while was because I was sitting back and taking a look at the reactions of different people. I posted in various places then sat back and waited for the reaction, fortunately for me there were no threats of people going to chain themselves to the remains...

I have been trying to contact the last surviving crew member, Alex McKie, over the past few months, but I haven't been able to track him down yet.

The planned visit to Elsie didn't happen, as I ended up having to use the cash I had put aside for that on other things, so I'm waiting 'til winter is out of the way before trying again.

Sorry to everyone who may have been following this on the forum but I have seen other projects that have been blocked because of public opinion. I just wanted to make sure it was on my side before carrying on. Regular updates will follow from here on.
