Interesting question. First R3350/Fury matchup may well have been Lorentzen's drastic Reno-vation of WE820 in the eighties; but you may mean all the semi-stock R3350 conversions since (in fact flyable Centaurus-engined Furies seem to be an endangered species!). In that case, I think the earliest one may have been George Baker's N71GB in Florida. He named the bird "Sky Fury" and that terminology has come to be frequently applied to all the Wright Furies.
