The P-38 Flight went GREAT, Mr. Schoffner, and Bob Cardin did a Excellent job with this project. Steve Hinton spent most of the week there with them finishing last minute inspections and engine run-ups. Steve did an Excellent Job in flying the P-38 on the First Flight at around 3:40pm. All the Volunteers did and EXCELLENT Job in restoring this Great Fighter, and our hat's are off to you. Me and my wife spent the weekend there, and we where treated like family. If you get the chance to go, stop by the hangar and see this great fighter, buy a couple of shirts, hats, patches, poster, to keep this fighter where it belongs..!!! IN THE AIR.
