As of 10:00 am local at Middlesboro, KLOZ (the closest weather reporting airport is reporting 6 mile and 3700 feet. Unfortunately it is the only airport within about 200 hundred miles that is, everything else is MVFR or IMC at the moment. Lets hope it gets better.
