There is an article about Blohm & Voss Bv 138 Werknr 310050 going on display in Denmark..
In the article it says '310050 is the most complete example since an unsuccessful attempt in 1994 to raise another Bv138 from a depth of 1,300 FEET at the bottom of a Norwegian lake..
Firstly.. 1,300 Feet no way. I do not beleive it. That is over mile! Almost Titanic depth.. It must be a misprint..
Secondly, I have not heard of this attempt.. Anybody have any more info on this. Including correct depth.. NZ Dave over to you?
