I visited the chap in Germany who has had divers on these two and I saw photos. The Halifax is in a freshwater lake, tail off, and partly submerged in mud. There is apparently at least a partial bomb load still on board so perhaps why its still there? No idea as to crew, their fate, identity or location but it is certainly for real. My experiences with this party would suggest the price tag will be significant! Andy Saunders.
