The UK is running a poll on the top 10 Britons ever.. The final 10 are (in alphabetical order):

Isambard Kindom Brunel
Sir Winston Churchill
Oliver Cromwell
Charles Darwin
Princess Diana
Queen Elizabeth I
John Lennon
Viscount Horatio Nelson
Sir Issac Newton
William Shakespeare

Now the final person is down to a phone and/email vote
