The David Arnold Seafire, PP972, was in SEAC markings when I last saw it at Earls Colne in August 1999. At that time one could have imagined in was only a matter of weeks away from first post restoration flying. Clearly there have been 'technical' problems. The Warrilow/Atkins Seafire fuselage was not skinned at last showing, let alone in a livery scheme.
