Tony , glad you liked the article , one or two mistakes slipped through the net , and the printers neglected to scan the perfectly sharp slide of the Hendon 110G , leaving instead the low res. 'filler' ... hence the rather poor result with that one ;-0
I am unaware of any under restoration to fly in the U.K. , or anywhere else for that matter. You may be thinking of the airframes that came here to N.Z. of which one was to be a flyer. Due to Sir Tims' crash , they were sold and are now in Berlin.
There is possibly the elusive airframe that I listed as 'unconfirmed ' , but have not seen anything in the aviation press about it , or had any word , despite extensive inquiries.
