Its just a hunch, but the "PA" in NPA may be initials... more than likely Paul Allen I would assume. It would help to know what the "N" is... anyone know if Paul is truly Mr. Allens official first name?

If anyone does come across NPA Holdings... see if the registered address comes close to:

FLYING HERITAGE INC
505 5TH AVE S STE 900
SEATTLE, WA 98104-3821

Then we know who it is.
