It would be a really good idea for you to contact Mr.Roush. I am sure he would be thrilled to talk to you. You can tell him about your uncle,and his service during the war.Maybe you have pictures of how you uncle personalized the aircraft. Most importantly remember warbird owners are not monsters.The reason they spend thier own millions of dollars is that they love airplanes. Sometimes people on message boards say what a jerk this or that guy is,but usualy its because they disagree on how the owner decided to restore or paint or whatever. Trust me they hear from every other person at airshows how they should have done this or that or why didnt you do this.But I am sure Mr.roush has no ill intentions.
